  In today's society, crime and punishment are fundamental issues when it comes to maintaining order within a society, so that when rules and laws are broken, a solution can be reached and it is guaranteed that these types of things do not repeat themselves; The objective of punishments is not on ly to teach a lesson to the person who commits the crime, but also to instruct other people on how they should act to maintain order within society. It is important to keep in mind that the effectiveness of both can be distinguished based on equality in the administration of justice, the quality of relapse programs and other rehabilitative approaches, and the presence/absence of preventive policies and programs.

 In the age of digital media, critical thinking and media literacy areno less than basic need. The process of critical thinking is in utilizing objective analysis and evaluation to form judgment on information.  These skills not only enable us to be critical thinkers who can make informed decisions, but also creative problem solvers and engaged participants across society. Similarly, media literacy also simplifies the bigger and somewhat overwhelming picture of media landscape. It comprises the knowledge to access, understand and create media in a responsible manner.Media literacy enables us to differentiate between relevant and irrelevant information, recognize the purpose of media messages, and think actively about what we consume in terms of content.
